What website can I find German food baskets or foods to send to a German living in the United States?

My Great Aunt is 91 years old. She lives in Minnesota and for Christmas I would like to give her a gift that reminds her of Germany. She is an immigrant of Germany and she loves German food. What website is the best? Or to make it easier, what Christmas baskets can I send to her that have a mix of sausages, or meats, cheese and crackers? It doesn’t have to be baskets but I would like to send her something she likes.

You cannot send any meats into the US it is against the law, the best way to do this ? Is to order from the German Deli in the US and have it delivered to her address in the US. I have used this online store before and was very satisfied, they will had deliveries fees because the meats have to be on ice. But you will still save money. But hurry this is december and the closer the holidays approach ? The less items will be available, many germans live in the US.
