Hungarian Sausage; Which type of Hungarian Paprika do I use?
I don’t think the Sweet Hungarian Paprika is zesty enough. Do I go regular Hungarian or the Hot Hungarian? Anyone ever made Hungarian Sausage before? I really love the stuff and would like to make it correctly….?
I use the hot myself. the difference is like smoked or not smoked and the hot is smoked with a nice little zest to it.
