Vegetarian cook-out recipes/ideas?
My family is vegetarian (close to vegan). I am thinking of putting together a vegetarian cookout/bbq. I think the gardenburger flame-grilled vegan burgers will be my “burger” of choice, but I don’t have much experience with veggie hot dogs. What are your faves?
Also, any other recipes/ideas for food. I’m thinking fake sausage and pepper kabobs and vegan pasta and potato salad. Ideas?
